530i cold start rough idle
 

i guy's i have a e60 530i 2004 and when i start the engine at cold the idle was rough like if he run on 5 cyl for 10 sec after come back normal...any body have an idea? ty

I had almost the same problem, rough idle when cold, and sometimes running without some cylinders. Turned to be one of the oxygen sensors (pre-cat) from one bank, this after i changed the CCV , coils and sparks and still no joy. Depending on mileage, you may want to change all 4 oxygen sensors and have a peace of mind, as in N52 engine the oxygen sensors (4-wired) are running also when the engine is cold, not only when warm.
