If you replaced part 4 or bypassed it and it's still blowing cold it very well could be your thermostat. Check the temp of the upper and lower hoses at operating temp to see if it's getting hot. When the thermostat goes bad they stick open to prevent overheating.

I looked at the lower hose and it is warm, it’s starting to get warm when engine temperature reaches 80,

Warm or hot. Those a 2 different things. Do you know the actual temp? It's going to be warm because it's running through the engine

I don't see how the part you circled is warm. It the other heater hoses are not. It passed through the heater control valve first

it’s starting to get warm when engine temperature reaches 80, and then after 5-10mins is hot

If you've bypassed the valve and there is still no heat either the IHKA or the core is plugged. But if the part you circled is getting hot the the rest of the heat hoses should be. Do you have INPA to do a monitor test or check to see if your IHKA has errors

Those errors have no bearing on the vehicle producing heat. My AUC sensor has been out for years.
