Default 530d Low boost or power below 2000k revs

Hi guys i get very low boost or power on my 530d its a 2003 model E60 currently the Egr valve has been left disconnected for over a year not sure if the Egr has any effect on the boost the car doesnt show up a engine management light on the speedo but does throw up a error on inpa related to exhaust gas recirculation error

so far the engine has been rebuilt due to swirl flaps fault in 2011

it has had 2 new thermostats

new water pump

removed swirl flaps

new vibration damper pulley

new oil breather

new silicone vacuum pipes on all vacuum lines

egr valve was clean and is still clean

cleaned air mass in the pass and boost sensor on the inlet manifold

engine heats to right temp

just the boost problem under 2k seams kinda dead notice this more up hill

any ideas

also i hear the gearbox more when going up hill and slams into first even after gearbox adaption reset

had a gearbox service done last year with fresh zf oil and sump filter

also as my car is a 2003 it didnt come with a dpf from factory

this low boost cant be because the swirl flaps have been removed

any one else have similar issues thanks

Default

I have a feeling the torque converter clutch is slipping
As revs bounce up and down
