It all depends on driving style. I just had mine replaced at 94000 for the first time. I could of waited to 100k but decided to do all my services at once. It you are a hard driver I would not replace them no later than 50k.

As stated, typically its a 100,00 mile service and your idrive should tell you how long until your next change.

The Technical Adviser for BMW Car Club of America recommends replacing spark plugs at 60k miles. I changed mine out and was glad that I did- the old plugs were fouled.
