525i with d2 coilovers
 

Hey, im new to bmw and this site. I recently bought a 2005 525i and need some help. The car has d2 lowering coils on all four corners. The car seems to be bottoming out only on the right side. The coils look good and the shocks dont seem to be leaking. I am going to re ajust the coil spring perches for the proprer preload and am going to try to adjust the shock. I am thinking they are set all the way stiff. With the car on the ground there is no movement when you try to bounce the car. I am a heavy equiptment mechanic by trade so i am not afraid to dive into any repair, im just not familliar with bmw's. There are also icons on the screen that i need to work out but i wont waste anyones time untill i pull the codes. Anyone out there with lowering coils that were able to raise the car back up about an other inch or anything else i could check? Thanks for your time Richie
