My Ride: '07 525I, Silver Gray, Premium Package, Sport Package, NoNav, PDC,SAT, Bluetooth, Heated Seats, Tinted Windows, looking for 124 or 166 Wheels
I am getting the OIL service under my maintenance plan but he is advising me to get fluid injection and power steering service for $400, Does this make any sense and he says these 2 are not covered under maintenance plan? Am I being taken for a ride? Do I have to get this done and drop $400 for both or can I do it myself or another service center? Please let me know what you think?

That's about the same that is costs over here with a BMW dealer.
It's not just about the oil change (the correct BMW oil) but also the brake fluids will be changed, the brakes checked as the coolant level. (The coolant level is very often too low in a BMW).
You'll also get new air filters and oil filter, the iDrive will be zeroed and if any other problems are found they will be fixed.
It's like a life check for your car.
400 bucks is not that much, only about 300 Euros.
