5 series shell change year?

Hi all,
Am new to the forms and am looking at buying a 520D. Now the only thing preventing me from purchasing a 5 is that it is expected to get a shell change in 2010.So any idea when the new 5 will be launched?
also any info on when the 3 will get a shell change will be very useful.

I am assuming you are in EU as you are about to purchase a diesel e60. So I think it's 2010....browse the section linked above tho...you'll find some good info.
