Hi Guys,
I need some help in figuring out what is going on with my car. I did do a few searches with the title of this post and did not come up with something that includes all three warning lights. I am getting a message on the iDrive system indicating that I had a 4x4 dsc abs failure and to drive moderately and to contact the dealership. I am concerned a bit since I am just outside of Philadelphia and the roads are not the greatest with the weather that we have been getting.
Any thoughts on why this is happening? I had just come off of I-476 North taking the Norristown exit. I was doing approx. 65 MPH on 476. I was at a traffic light when I got the dash lights (ABS, Traction, Brake lights lit up), the message in between the speedo and tech (a circle with 4x4 just below the circle) and the message in the iDrive system.
My car is a 2009 535i auto xdrive with approx. 56K miles.
Thank you for any help that you can give me.
Talk to you soon,
John

Hi jayarras,
Thank you very much for letting me know what's going on. The car is still under CPO so I hope the fix is covered by it. I will let you know. Thank you again!

If it's still under CPO (an '09? Really?), than it certainly should be covered. Good luck!

On your next start, make sure you crank your steering wheel from lock to lock. See if the error clears.
If so, your battery is could be ready to be replaced.
