Randomly while driving, I hear three beep noises from my 525i (2004). If I check the BC computer, it reports "No faults found." There is nothing wrong but it is annoying not knowing that the Car is beeping for?

Any suggestion!?

It's the hourly chime.

It's the hourly beeps. Turn it off using IDrive. Problems will be communicated through a 'bong' sound.

I got exited to see two matching response and ran to the car. The "Hour Memo" in the iDrive is already turned off. So the 3 beeps are definately not hourly chime as I also checkit on the hour as well.

Any other suggestions!?

Are there any dash indicators lighting up when you hear the bongs?
In iDrive menu you can go to "Check Control Messages" for open issues.

Check Control Messages can be done by the "BC" button on the light lever. And when these beeps are heard, I always check the "Check Control Messages" and it returns back "No fault found".

It is really puzzling and worrying, as the electrical problems on this car is daunting.

I wish it was my phone sixcard, but its the car unfortunately. And happens randomly, not even daily basis, can happen any time. I think it is just another mystery of BMW electrical faults.
