Help all,
I'm currently running 20" Wheels on my 2008 535I. Looking to change up my rims. Thinking of trying 22". My Rim guys says they will fit, however I'm concerned about ride quallity and if the springs might need to get cut or changed. Please let me know your thoughts. Greatly appreciate it.

Whoa, I think the largest anyone has gone in an E60 is 21s. Good luck trying to fit 22s in there

That really would be a batmobile if it had better wheels!

IMO it wouldn't be too comfortable and would grind. I have never seen anyone put in that big of rims before, but I am not sure.

The biggest wheels I've seen that still looked good were 21's on a Hartge tuned M5.

I wouldn't go with the 22's. Leave that for the 6's and 7's unless you want to look like this guy....

Horrible rims aside, sizewise 22's on that doesn't look as ridiculous as I would have thought. Guess our cars have big wheel wells. Tbal had 22's but those were on a 6
