2012 528i trans swap?
My 2006 530i has motor issues. I am looking at a 2012 528i that is said to have a bad trans. Can I swap my older 530 trans into the newer 528? What computer issues will I run into?

Start with Realoem.com. It has all the parts. If you have the VINs of both vehicles you can put those in and see if those transmissions are cross listed.
