Default 2010 BMW 535i X-Drive OEM Battery

Anybody know what the OEM battery was in this vehicle? Also, when did BMW start going to AGV batteries? Having a heck of a time even finding mine in my trunk???? Manual seems pretty useless for that. I have an AGV battery in my BMW R1100GS motorcycle and hoping I can use that to charge my 535 battery which is currently at 12.1 volts.

Do you mean AGM? The other kind is FLA. The battery is located behind the right-side trunk shroud.

Don't try and charge your battery by connecting to the battery. Connect to the positive terminal under the hood and a ground point.

Also, don't try and charge your battery from another battery. Jump start... yes. Charge it up... no.

Default Well I FINALLY found my battery

and son-of-a-gun if it isn;t an Exide battery. After a short drive today it tested at 12.3 Should I considered upgrading it??? PS: Got my Carly today and just opted for the "lite" ap - figure I can always update to the "Pro" ap in the future if I'm not happy. Thanks to all who commented.
