2010 528i w/ M Sport package?

Just what the title says, I just noticed Carmax has a 2010 528i with the M Sport package. Was this an option from the factory or just someone modding the car afterwards? I realize you get this option on the 535i and 550i but I didn't think it was offered on the 528i.

the MY2010 528i could indeed be ordered with the M-sport pkg (ZMP)> Makes sense tho, as this was the last production year for the e60, so why not offer everything for all models....
