2009 520d auto vibrating

Hi guys, so my 2009 520 d auto is shuddering and vibrating when doing between 40-50 mph and 1.6-2k revs. But as soon as I accelerate or break it stops??? Any assistance would be appreciated

Torque converter.
Change fluid/filter and add some lubegard Platinum
