2008 vs 2009 E60

Does anyone know if there is a difference between the 2008 and 2009 BMW 5 series? I know the major update was in '08 but I have read conflicting information about changes in '09.

Starting from 10/2008, the new iDrive controller knob (with a few new useful buttons) has been added. Also, new CIC navigation has been added with high-resolution display and a new more polished software.
Other than that, 2008's and 2009's are the same.
