If the 535 is available in April, I might wait for it.

Thanks! For the 528i, looks like Premium and Sport packages go up by $300 each, cold weather stays the same, and base price increases by $800 (all MSRP).
Is there any way to get the invoice price? Many of us who ordered already, worked out a deal $ over invoice.
Again, thanks for the info!

whistle : My 528 xi (deal : invoice + $$$$)
Base price is up by $800/- (I selected auto transmission at no cost = advantage)
Premium Pkg went up by $ 300/- and ACC went up by $200/-
Sport pkg and Cold weather Pkg = NO change
I hope there is no change in price for other options and items ?
I-pod $ 400/- ( Not sure to have it or drop, saves $350-400)
Waiting eagerly for invoice prices press release !

Nice surprise.
The MSRP of my MY08 550 Sport is only $460 more than an equally equipped 07. And that doesn't inlcude the 07 aero package's installation charge (done at the factory for 08). Including that charge, the 08 is probably a bit cheaper . . . and it comes with larger wheels and an upgraded suspension and exhaust! Very cool.

Are you saying I can do to a dealership right now and walk out with an 08 535?

I am unclear on how to interpret the base price of the 535, is it $49400 plus an additional $625 for automatic trans?
Well, after doing some higher mathmatics, I am able to answer my own question. The Steptronic option was $1275 for '07, 1275+625=1900. Does anyone have any calculus or astrophysics they would like to have solved?

No mention of the gas guzzler tax on the 550i with a manual transmission. The price shown list n/a as the price differential with an automatic transmission. I wonder if the guzzler tax is gone?

Gas Guzzler on the 550i Manual has been gone for a while now I believe. It only existed on the 550i with SMG.
Assuming you're on the fence between a 535i or a 550i equipped with a sport package, cold weather package and an automatic (and get the premium package on the 535i, which is standard on the 550i), the MSRP is $55675 for the 535i and $63855 for the 550i. An $8875 difference. Deduct appx. 7% for invoice.
