Definitely coolant/oil mixture. Check your oil and see if it's frothy and chocolate-milky. If so, yep, blown head gasket. Good luck.

My money is on the OFHG that separates coolant from oil.

So after flushing the oil and coolant and refill with new oil/coolant. I drove it for a bit through a neighborhood, got back and let the car idle. I cut it off and on an error code for transmission malfunction popped up. I went and tried to reset the computer by taking off the battery cables and putting them back on but after i put cables back on, it wont even crank or start.

What could this be? Does the transmission fault have something keeping it from starting?

You cannot reset codes by disconnecting the battery. You need an OBD2 reader preferably one that reads BMW DTC codes.

I don't know 100% but would all the lights, windows, radio, etc work with a bad battery?
