Help!!

I just had my 75k service and some issues were found and was hoping some of yall had some ideas on how or what to do.

There were two main issues:

• I have a small transmistion leak at the cover. The shop said I need to get a new cover and have the transmition fluid serviced. Cost $471.40 labor $331.76 parts
• The other is the Front Upper Control Arms. There isnt any noise coming out but they showed me some minor cracks and that I may need to replace them soon. Cost $471.40 labor $535.44 parts

So my question is there a place to get the parts cheaper or does anyone know a shop in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area that is reasonably priced? Also does anyone have a DIY for the Control Arms I dont think I will tackle the transmition and leave that to the profesionals. But I would mind buying the cover, the shop is calling it an AT Pan.

I bought a bunch parts from them and there are all OEM. Only thing I have wait because free shipping to East coast takes a time.
