Had a bad CV boot on the inside CV. Bought a GNK replacement axle. Pulled old axle out with no major grief.
Issue at the moment is the replacement axle just will not go all the way in. I can engage the splines but will not go in the last
1/2-3/4 of an inch.
I have compressed the axle, engaged the splines and hit the outside end of the axle with my plastic hammer (yes I put out side axle nut on).
What are the options to get it to seat into position?


So much for a easy job.
Read a post on the GKN axles having issues before this post. Thrilled
