I had a Foxwell NT510, Ancel BM500, and Creator 110+. I now have an Autophix 5900. They're all pretty much the same and can read codes just fine without the ignition on.

Just to make sure, did you check fuses and unplug the modules to look at the female or male ends for burning or corrosion?

Was double checking the fuses, and fuse #85, 87, 88, and 89 do not have power on either side. Are these hot only when ignition is ON?

Most of those do, and some sleep later. I honestly don't feel you simply blew a fuse. The Foxwell reader should help.

The fuses are NOT blown. Neither side of the above mentioned fuse legs have power to them. Was wondering if they are only HOT when the ignition is ON, or does this lead to CAS being faulty. Couldn't find the Foxwell locally, ordered online, playing waiting game!

Please wait for the Foxwell. I ordered mine online, can't find those locally. Took two days to arrive. Without it, you are doing things the hard (more expensive way). You may think you are saving money, but sweat money is money too.
