Hello... I just picked up a 2008 528i (lci) with 46k miles. Premium package, xenon lights, heated seats, Monaco blue, Grey Dakota leather interior... Awesome car. One question the Drls are angel eyes, but in the auto spot the xenon headlamps seem to activate in daylight... so the angel eyes and xenon are on at the same time. Is there a way to only have the halos on?

I auto your headlights should not come on during the daytime. Mine only illuminate in the early morning, late evening when the outside light is darkening. When it's raining and the wipers are on, the headlights should also illuminate. Could be that your sensor is not working correctly and always turning on your headlights.

That could be true. I read that the light sensor is sensitive... Is this true? It really isn't a huge deal. I just don't need the headlights on when I can see perfectly fine out.

Looks like I found my problem... After checking the fuses they were all fine, I decided to check the actual rain sensor. The windshield is not OEM it has been replaced. The bottom of the rain and light sensor were installed upside down... which means there isn't room to plug in the connector. Is there any way to remove and reinstall the bottom?
