Here's a tell tale sign that the 535i is on the way: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=173185.

Money factors on 525s and 530s are dropping to astonishing rates!

By lowering the money factor to an all time low, BMW wants to clear out the existing inventory of 525 and 530 for the newer models to arrive. It is exactly the same thing all over again with what happened to the 545. BMWNA lowered the money factor on the 545s to clear out the inventory to make room for the 550s. If they didn't lower the MF, everyone would've waited for the 550s. Lowering the MF was an incentive for people to get a soon to be obsoleted model.

My dealer told me its because they sell more 525xi and 530xi
I don't see why BMW would lower the MF just b/c the xi's sell well. That doesn't make sense. If something is selling well there isn't a need for an incentive.

Still doesnt make sense to me either, because he said that they have alot of non xi 530 and 525 and thats why they lowered the money factor BUT it doesnt state anywhere that you have to take delivery from dealer stock. So how would it help them, if most people order the new car and they just have to produce more???

Can someone confirm that the U.S. money factor is .0005 (1.2% APR) on the 530i as well as residuals staying the same as October? If so, this is a KILLER DEAL!

My friend is looking to get a car and I need to give her a heads up if this is true.
