Cool 2007 525i E60 Coolant Light Alarm

Hello everyone. First time I post something. I have a 525i, 2007, replace the top radiator hose (3 in 1). I bleed into the reservoir with coolant and water, but I can not get the coolant level alarm light off. Any Suggestions ??

Does the float pin rise up out of the tank when you take off the pressure cap? If not, you're still low on coolant.

I did not know you physically bleed these systems. I think they you car has an electric pump that bleeds the system automatically. Once you fill with coolant activate the bleed procedure with the gas pedal I believe. Your light should go away it not you have a sensor issue

Looks like it does have an electric pump. You're supposed to have the ignition "ON" and the heater on hot while filling it, then there's a bleed procedure that runs the water pump for a while, then you check the level. Bentley should have the full procedure.

Exactly as you say, I just add that to activate the pump you have to press the gas pedal for 10 or 15 seconds, then the recirculation of the coolant is activated in the system and proceeds to make the bleeding.
