I don't want for the m5 owners on here to have there cars depreciate that fast, but I hope it goes down further so I will one day be able to afford one.

yes, I know and saw some 2006 M5 under $46k and mostly are over 50K miles. if you get a CPO great!

Also it is tempting but thinking the gas price and it is dismal.... I really love to get a M5 but......

I didn't know no CPO on M ..... are you sure?

yes there is one 2006 M5 with 51K miles in NJ ($ 48K) ... another with 86K miles in CA ($45K)...

check trader.com

I will try to find and post the link of that car. Also checked the carfax and it is clean.

Those are the cheapest completed listings I saw on ebay.

That's what my dealer tells me as well. While ordering my 550, there was a used M5 on the lot. I asked if it was CPO'd and the reply was nope, BMW does not CPO the M cars...

Of course SA's have been known to be wrong before!

Someone buy that 06 for 40k!

Be careful.... there are scammers.... 2006 M5 with 11K miles at $40K???? ... a scammer no doubt!

but this http://tinyurl.com/5t5v6g maybe real because it is a car dealer.

but those I saw for under $49K are real but high mileage and ran out of warranty that is why.
