i think i'll do the same. get a 05 545 instead of 06 530. good choice

I know a dealer who is expecting a loaded MY05 545 and needs a buyer if you are serious. They are in San Diego area. The car is silver grey, Sport, SMG, NAV, HUD, Logic7, Black Nasca Leather ventilated comfort seats, rear side airbags, folding rear seats. It is in the paint shop now.

waiting for the 550 to come out 
and after a few months to roder it ..just in case is has any glitches.. I SHOULD have gotten the 545 when I got my car..now I can only kick my own ass about it.. Oh well, very happy with my 530 but I wish it has some more ommphh... 
and Nav... in the other hand still dying for an M3 convertible ..now the new 3 looks nice...descisions descision...too bad it has no active suspension...

After struggling for weeks now on whether to go for the 06 530xi, 530xiT or 530i vs. the 05 545i, I succumbed to practicality and placed an order for the 2006 530i. Since the xi models aren't going into production into April/May, I decided I would rather have the car for May/June than waiting until June/July for the car. In any event, the following are the options I ordered:
