The battery is dead, it was sluggish starting for a few weeks prior to going completely dead. I want to get the car out of the garage so I can drive it to the dealer. Where do I hook up the battery tender? I have a regular battery tender that I have used to juice up my other vehicles in the past before replacing the battery. I've heard there are special terminals under the hood for jump starting and tenders? Where are these located?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Ok my so my tenders positive clamp should be connected to the red positive starting aid terminal under the hood and the negative clamp to the special nut (body ground). Does that nut actually go back to the battery? Or does that not make any difference?

Makes no difference, it's just a ground. I just hooked mine up a few minutes ago since I'm going to Miami for a few days.
