Hi,
Is anyone know how I should change the rear brake sensor? with pictures? Thanks

I haven't got pics but when you take the wheel off, have a look around the pads, you'll see the wire with the sensor attached to the pads, just put a new one back on the same way the old one came off. There is only one sensor on the back...can't remember which side.

 Have you replaced the rear brake pads? Brake disc?? If the iDrive shows an alert it's indicating more than "replace sensor".

I just bought the car and seller has changed the pad but the sensor is broken and it is not attached to the pad now. The Brake light is on. If I buy a new sensor and attached it to the pad, does it work? Is it easy to change it? And which side is it? Cause the old one is not attached now to see how it is connected.

If the seller went to the trouble of changing the pad...beats me why he/she didn't change the sensor, where has it gone if it's not where it should be? Bring it back to the sellor and tell him/her to sort it out.

He gave me the sensor. I have it and it is broken from the middle. Can I change it by myself if I buy the new one?

Actually the Old one is not connected to brake pad now. Is it easy to attach it? Do you remember which side is it?

Should be easy. Take a look here:

The rear sensor is located on the passenger side. It is friction fit on the pad. Simple tug on the sensor will pull it out.

Do I need to remove the pad too? OR just by removing the Tire I can plug in?
