Hi All
I tried going throught he search engine, but to no avail.
I was driving my 530 for the forst time in 10 days and noticed the display going off. the back lights were fine, however the mpg details, trip details etc were gone and were flickering on an off at points. Any ideas how to fix?
Sorry about the quality but you get the gist?

I have a 2004 530i. I've noticed this happening 2 or 3 times in the past two years. All the digital info from the dash starts flickering then dissapearing for few seconds. Then, when it comes back, is like it never happened. All the times it was while driving on the motorway and nothing out of the ordinary was going on. I never had this checked because, as i said, it only happened few times and it only lasted for seconds.
