I have an 04 BMW 530 and have bluetooth connection to my cell. Is there anyway to connect via bluetooth from my ipod touch 2nd gen or my cell to play music? Any ideas? Its also interesting now they have XM radio via ITOUCH and IPHONE.

Thanks!

No, BMW does not have a way to connect bluetooth with the Ipod function.

Your best bet is to get the denstion gateway 500.

XM is alright on the itouch and iphone, but I believe you have to have a subscription to XM already to use it.

I have the iphone 3g and I use pandora and connect the iphone via the Dension Gateway 500. It works great, seamless. Only problem is, you can't use the steering wheel controls. You have to use the ipod to control the Pandora stations.

Good luck man.
