172m 19" front wheel width in inches

i've ordered a new 2009 550i loaded with sport package, and seen 2 different front wheel widths (8" in the bmw brochure & 8.5" in the parts brochure). looked on line at various sites, and still find both sizes listed. which width is correct for the fronts (rears all say 9.5") - AND will 255 fit these wheels?
