30k to 31k would be a great deal for a CPO 05.
My 04 545 CPO has a KBB of $30k (but KBB doesn't include any premium for CPO). Thus, I would say anything less than $34k, would be a great deal for an 05.

Thanks, that's what I'm thinking..
I originally wanted black/black, but I don't think that I can pass this up....black/tan cpo, fully loaded with just about every option including PDC, NAV, Comfort Seats, Logic 7, Sport/Premium/Cold Weather Packages, 6 speed manual, it's a great car. I took it on a test drive, and the sales guy told me to push it, and before I knew it I was going 110 mph, and it only felt like I was doing 70. It was crazy.

well, I guess I took too long. It's been sold. So now I'm looking for another one. CPO 545's 6 spd manuals seem to be hard to find. But I have to keep searching. I saw one in MN, but I wonder if my local dealer would have it transported to CT.
