15000 mi on dunlop sport sp1 run flats

I have a nail in my back tire and the dealer says I need 2 new rears. At $450 a pop and then install charges I thought I would ask the real experts. I have a 2007 550i with the sport package, dunlop sport sp 01 run on flats 275/35r 18
Can I replace the whole set with non run flats?

Take it to the dealer and complain that it is noisy. They may end up changing all four tires for free under warranty, but it will be replaced with run flats.
