I agee on the horsepower issue,but the step has better gear ratio's for acceleration from a stop,and is more consistant from a dead stop.

The gearing of the Step is vastly superior to the manual/SMG. And, here are more times/speeds for your consideration. My adjusted 0-60's are right in line with those of the g-man except mine are adjusted to 500 feet, while his passes are made at 400 feet. Incidentally the link does contain out times/speeds for the gospel/bible when it comes to straight-line acceleration--meaning the 1/4th mile.
