07 550i rough idle at startup

My Ride: My Bimmer's info is in my sig, so I'll tell you about my garage toy. It's a 1997 Porsche Boxster. The car is black on black and I have replaced every single thing on the car (interior, exterior, drivetrain, suspension) except for the sheet metal and the convertible top (both of which will be next I guess). I love my Pcar more than any other car I have ever owned and will probably keep it for the rest of my life.
Porsche. There is no substitute.
I have run 3 tankfuls of premium through the car now. The first two tanks had a bottle of Techron added to them. The third had Chevron's fuel injector cleaner additive in it.
However, every time I start the motor in the morning, I get a very rough idle until it warms up. Then, it seems to gurgle a bit or hunt for idle just a little (the wife doesn't notice it when the car is warm, but I do).
Will my factory warranty cover this at the dealership? Is there anything else I should try before I bring it in next month for other stuff I've found with the car?
Any guidance would be helpful.
