After seeing the 06' e60's I love the subtle differences in the interior. I love the additional wood and the climate control knobs.
Is it easy to change the knobs to the new one? Has anyone done it before?

I'm not sure I'm getting this.
You want to change to extended AC's knobs? Do you have a pic of the "old" ones?
The "woods" can be changed, use Search for more info about that.
There's a shitty pic (cell cam 1.3 pix) of my cars interior, but note the "normal" AC's knobs.

Those two units are completely different. It is not just the knobs that makes it different ! The whole unit is different!
