Hi iv a 05 525i and cause of the year was wondering what oil shud I put in

My Ride: 03 BMW 525i Sport M Pkg

I use Castrol 0w-40 Synthetic here in the US, I guessing you have an N52 motor in that ......You could also use Mobile 1
