N52 Oil Filter Housing LEAK - REPLACED Gasket and still leak?!

Hi guys,
Over the weekend I replaced my Oil Filter Housing Gasket (DIY) as per BMW saying I had a leak. I bought the gasket online installed it Friday. HOWEVER, I still have a leak!? :cry: Below is a picture of where the oil is pooling up. If it's not the housing gasket, what could be the cause? well i plan to get this going as well, in the meantime i was waiting for your results. but i checked on BMW Parts and BMW Accessories | Bavarian Autosport for the gaskets, there were two types (see below).
