Memorized driver seat position functions

Memorized driver seat position functions
Hello all,
I have a dumb question about the driver seat on my 2010 535i. I really don't know this function is included on the BMW or not but on my infiniti G37 it does and I really like it.
On my G37, after I programmed all the comfort for the seat and press button to memorize it. Everytime I turn off the car (engine), the driver seat automatic back out (back rest) so I have more room for my body, legs to get out the car easy and when I get in the car close the doors, start the engine then the seat auto roll back to the memorize position that I setup .
With my 535i, I don't see this function or maybe I did not set it up correctly so every time I get out the car. either my legs touch the steering wheel or I have manually back out the seat so I can have room to get out and same way to get in and press the memorize button to resume the seat positions.
If there is a function as describe about included, could anyone show me how to set up?
