Default e39 m57 rail pressure problem

Hello!

I have problem with rail pressure, it can be heard in the engine revs and the engine revs fluctuate minimally, i have 1 error code from inpa and that is (565 ladedruckfuehler) in german language and i read delphi too and it says (0235 Boost pressure sensor) my pre supply pressure is 3.3bar, but i know the pressure must be 3.8-4.0bar from the factory, maybe i should change the fuel pump first, which is located driver side under the bottom?

And second problem is the rail pressure fluctuates 255-307bar all the time.

My friend as same car but 142kw and him pre-supply pressure is 3.9bar and Rail-pressure is 348bar and they stay, no fluctuate like a mine pressures.

So, what do first?
The car is e39 530d 135kw touring from 01/2000

I add some videos my car from pressure readings.

Also i tried to 4000 rpm and rail pressure fell to 2.60bar?

The fault codes:

0235 Boost pressure sensor

1260 Delivery pump control system

Any ideas?

Here are the injectors and rail pressure:

Did you solved that problem? Have the same problem in my e34 m57, changed all fuel system and still have same problem, replaced fuel injector 3 times, main pump 2 times, rail regulator 2 times, tank fuel pump 2 times, presuply pump 2 times (now 3, changed to e60 combined in fuel tank). Injectors 212 with 926+, main pump cp3 r70, stock 142 kw turbo, program 1600 rail 1.5 bar turbo (turbo gauge show 2.1-2.2 and then cut off engine)

Did you change the high pressure fuel pump, then bleed it?
