Hi Guys,

I have a 520d which drives me crazy

Everything until my old engine;s crank shaft craked and i replaced the entire engine. The car was a bit tuned ( bigger turbo from audi 3.0d, unicip, exhaust, got ~200hp and 400N/M). Because of a dumb mechanic who didn't fix the injectors properly the crank shaft broke on injector #1. After i changed the engine from a similar car ( where it was ok ) the car never had the same power.

I changed all vacum hoses, changed all electric valves from turbo control and i'm in a point where i dont know what do to anymore. It acts like it has less then 100h ( very very slow ), sometimes it has some power but for a few minutes then back to lazy.

Last thing i hope to solve its to replace the vacum pump, i noticed today when the car its lazy the break padle its a bid hard.

Has anyone any ideas, or know about anyone facing a similar problem ?
