2000 BMW 528i wonky headlight and turn signals

Good day to all. New here. I have issue with headlights. Lights were working fine, however recently only hid and high beams were working on passenger side. So i figured bulb(s) were burnt on on driver side. Pulled all the bulbs and tested them on working side not just visually inspect. re-installed bulbs and boom everything started working again. So i figure corrosion and something jarred everything loose and back on my Launch X431 ICarScan . However next start up same problem no driver side lights. I unplugged high beam bulb and lights came back on? put high beam back in and same problem. Now this is where it gets really weird, When I am driving if i turn on right turn signal and hit brake, turn signal stops working until I let off pedal. If I turn left and hit brake pedalcar signals to right if I left off brake pedal. I tried battery reset (30 minutes disconnect) Didn't work. Do you think its the LCM or is my car haunted... btw checked all fuses and the usual. If so does anyone know anyone stateside that sells them programmed or do i need to get programmed at dealer. Thanks everyone. I would list my cars I have owned but way to many 42 to be exact.
