78 530i won’t start

1978 bmw 530i fuel injected v6
when I bought the car it had a bad fuel pump and it had electronic ignition which also seemed faulty so I replaced the fuel pump and switched the ignition back to points to get it running. I also drained the gas and put in new gas . It was running but was not running smooth so I pulled off the intake and cleaned all the fuel injectors and replaced the fuel lines. Before doing this the fuel pressure wouldn’t hold very good than after all of that try starting it and the fuel pressure actually looked good but it wasn’t starting than after cranking it a few times I lost all fuel pressure i thought I might have clogged the filter , looked at it and it turns out I only had like 6 volts at the fuel pump than the coil was something similar. I would take the positive line off of the coil and it had 12 volts than when it touched the coil it dropped to 9 did a bunch of metering through the coil starter to the double relay etc. I then figured out that the positive wire on the coil had a ground wire tied into it. I rewired it put it all together thought that would do it.. ended up making no difference. So.. ideas? Double relay bad? I don’t believe it has a resister hooked up to the coil, could this be the issue?
