hi guys my cars gone in for a software update for all the modules all modules have updated expect mask

i replaced the mask with another mask from a 2005 mine was a 2003 reg car

can this be because the vin is different as this is what i said to the garage that this needs to be changed first then it should update is this correct or could be something else..

how hard is it to get the vin changed blood?

can u tell me how to do it

or shall i try and come down on a day your free?

It will need to be reprogrammed with WinKFP to change the VIN number, apparently it can be done with Tool32 and no programming but I don`t know how and those that do know refuse to share the info.
