I know I've read a post telling how to correctly remove the small cover over the front bumper towing hook access but I can't find it. How do I remove that cover without damaging it? Thanks.

Press on it where the arrow is. It will retract for a second, then pop out. Be ready to grab it, lest it go sliding on the pavement.
