Am preparing for my first DIY oil change. Had the car up on the lift replacing the passenger fog lamp and inspected the oil change access panel. Found the drain plug and filter bolts. What size/type tools are needed for these? They appeared to be "Allen"-type. Seems like I once saw a real good thread on the procedure, but can't find it now. TIA for advice.
BTW, this is the first time I've been underneath my car, and wow, what a piece of engineering! The rear suspension frame/assy is just gorgeous. I did notice the bushings on the rear ARS were a little ragged (35,000 miles). Wondering if these should be replaced?

This is for a 535 but it's pretty close to your 545. The only thing missing from the list is I believe a 6mm hex for the oil filter housing drain plug. Obviosly the oil filter is a different part number and you're going to need 8.5 quarts of oil.
