Sunroof seal replacement - any DIY?

Seems a bad sunroof seal is pretty common on the E60, leading to excessive wind noise in the cabin. Has anyone replaced the seal themselves? Easy? Difficult? Any pointers?

My Ride: 530I Silver gray with gray leather with Premium Package, Logic 7 Premium sound system with Ipod interface, xenon adaptive headlights, Active steering, Power retractable rear sunshade, Comfort seats, Cold weather package and M5 OEM 166 wheels, Sprintbooster. I'm planning to do the same for my E61. I have the feeling though that your instruction is for the standard roof?
If so would you know where I could find one for the panoramic sunroof on an E61 as I think it might be different.

Seal replacement - main panel:

And for good measure, I created a document dedicated to the adjustment of the panel since there have been so many instatnces of wind noise with the panaroamic roof:

Keep in mind that the above adjustment document is integrated into the seal replacement - main panel document above...
