Just did mine in my 2005 545i. Took just over an hour and that included all plugs, both pressure regulating valves, and the removal of both cabin filers and the housings, etc. Not as bad as everyone made it out to be. The back two are tight, but VERY doable. The difference it makes is well worth it!
