service interval oil change is not counting down

My Ride: BMW e61 2006 520d, chiptuned to 180 hp. 18" 124's

I recently bought a secondhand e61 2006 520 diesel.

The question I have is that since i have it, i have drive aprox 4000 km.
However, the indicator for oil change still says that I have 10000 km to go for next oil change, just as when I bought the car. This means that is not counting down...

Do any of you know what might be wrong here??

My oil service showed 19,000 miles when it was reset after an oil change, it now shows 13,000 miles , 11.5 months later !
