SAT shifter pinout

Hi;

I'm looking for the pinout of the 12 pin connector used by the SAT shifter pictured here:


What I'm attempting to do is retro fit it into an e46 with Steptronic. It does work mechanically and I've seen it working in an SMG application, but need pinouts of the connector to determine what each pin controls. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated....

I'll see what I can find, but I doubt that most (if any) of the connectors are of use in your planned project... well, maybe the button you push when shifting between P and D or R, as a similar button would have been present on the original mechanical shift lever. Other than that I'm guessing we're mostly dealing with power for the status lights (gear indicators)...
