Do those little black circular things that secure the deck lid lining just pull out, or screw out? I backed into my Jeep and have a small dent that I think I can pop out if I can get the lining removed.

No, I meant on each of those circular button you'll see a small tab in the middle, pull it out to give way for the circular thing to pop out.
